We’re sorry you want to unsubscribe from our mailing list. You can unsubscribe simply by clicking the “unsubscribe” link on the bottom of the email. However if you are having an issue with this, or still receiving emails, please contact feedback@babbu.co.uk and we will manually remove you from our mailing list.

It’s OK… we all make mistakes (especially when sleep deprived with a child). If you need to change your child’s date of birth, please just drop us an email hello@babbu.co.uk and we can update your account accordingly

Unfortunately in it’s current format the Babbu app does not support additional children. This is a feature coming soon. Please drop us a note in the feedback form to let us know you want this, we can then prioritise it as a feature.

We are sorry this has happened. Our activities are based on wide age ranges (between 3 - 6 months) so in some cases you may receive content that is for a slightly older child. We will shortly be releasing a version which reduces this age range significantly, and so all activities should be at the appropriate level for your child. Please note however that every child is unique and develops at their own pace. In order for us to deliver a truly personalised and responsive customer experience, we need to know what issues you are experiencing, so please email us at feedback@babbu.co.uk or complete the feedback for on this page.

Please note app development isn’t easy, but we are working hard to give you everything you want. As long as you have an account with us, we are storing data. As soon as you delete your account, all records associated with your user ID are deleted. If you have any questions about our data handling and privacy in general - please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

No worries, simply delete your account in the app, and it will automatically delete all your data.
